We constantly update our documentation with the latest updates, as well as improve the article readability and usability based on user feedback. With a subscription license, you can download the latest versions of the documentation at any time.
We offer several subscription plans:
- Quarterly Plan – $19.95 every 3 month, $39.95 setup fee.
- Annual Plan – $79.00 per year, no setup fee.
- Biennially – $149.00 for 2 years, no setup fee.
- Triennially – $199.00 for 3 years, no setup fee.
cPanel Support Docs Update Service
In addition to providing a license for the content, we can also upload it to a supported content management system as changes occur.
We currently support the WHMCS Knowledgebase, WordPress, Drupal and similar content management systems.
This plan requires that you give our technical communicators appropriate access to update your support website or knowledge base.

If you just want a head start at creating your own documentation, and want to update it yourself, you can order the current snapshot of the support docs.
This plan allows a one time download of the current version, and does not include updates.

Our support documentation is licensed for use on a single domain name for a single brand, and can be used on your both your support website and your staff’s intranet. Companies that have more than one brand or domain name will need licenses for each brand.
